I purchased this like a week ago and i must say the filter does its job. Water tastes wonderful, very smooth i simply love it.Be aware that the price is better at Walmart. I’ve seen the pack of 3 filters for only 14.99, so I wont purchase them from Amazon.I am a amazon costumer for years now and i ALWAYS order from Amazon but lately i have been very dissapointed when i found out that i paid more than I should with severall items.

I have puchased this commercial grade Air compressor for a 4 bay automotive repair shop. We have tested it in the shop and it is quite with out any vibrations running with 5.2 hp motor, 2-stage, Cast Iron tank, single phase 230v. Now we have installed it outside the shop and we can barely here it. I do like the output control knobs on the compressor, where we have turned it down to 150 psi (it can go up to 175 psi)and we have not yet seen a need to increase the output psi.
The dual output also helps, where we can run a quick connect for some out side the bay work. With couple of air tools running, the compressor hardly kicks in for just couple of minutes – I guess the 80 Gallon tank is helping too.
We had some tough bolts on a honda and infinity and ball joints and had to run 3/4 inch tools for a while and the compressor kicked in only for a couple minutes couple of times.
I like the output psi adjustment knob, large Dials neatly in their place. I have only used it for a month now and works like a charm. Amazon had the best price, including free delivery, however did not have a lot of details. [...] has a lot of details and it is one of their best selling compressors.

I can’t get over how amazing this shop-vac is. I love having it mounted to the wall and wrapping the hoses around the unit when it’s not in use. Reminds me of those professional carwash places. There is plenty of attachments for this vacuum that already come with it and I really can’t see why you would need anymore attachments. The also feel very durable. I don’t think I will even use all of these different attachments. There is also different filters, one for dry and one for wet. They really give you a lot of stuff with this. It even has a nice long plug wire so you don’t have to mount it right on top of an outlet or use extension cords.
The remote on the handle is so cool. My only suggestion with the remote is that when you are not using the vac that you just turn the remote switch off. It seems sensitive to other signals. I came into the garage and it was on without me turning it on. That remote has and on/off switch.
This easily has enough hose to go from one side of the garage to the other. The expandable hose is great.
As for the power on this. It is so quiet that at first it gave me the illusion that it was weak because it’s so quiet. I was always used to the really loud ear-peircing deafening sound from other shop-vacs. Boy was I wrong. This is one powerful vacuum. Very easy to use in the car, especially with the remote on the handle. So quiet and using the spring expanding hose it never gets in the way. It’s like someone is right there with you holding the hose and pulling the slack so you don’t trip over it.
There’s also a small little sliding panel on the handle that you can slide open a little so it allows a little less pressure on things like seat covers so you can easily vacuum back and forth without it constantly sucking too hard and sticking from suction.
The larger straight attachments are great so you can vacuum the floor without having to bend over at all. I also love the larger hose. It’s not that skinny little hose, it’s nice and big but not heavy. Being mounted on the wall you don’t have to wrestle with a vac on wheels, constantly having to push it or pull it, flipping the hose out of the way. Pulling a little to hard and tipping the vac over or pulling the hose out.
But it would be nice to have an optional wheel deck just in case you needed to use it for one of those jobs where you have to pull it off the wall.
I am completely satisfied with this vacuum, plus it looks great and it goes on the wall. Those are all the right things to show it off. It was very easy to get this approved by the wife. She loves the color, how it looks and how it works. This one is definately a cut about the rest.

I like it, received as Xmas present three years ago. Fits the top of all my 5gal plastic buckets. Ports fit all my misc collection of 2-1/2inch hoses and adaptors. Eliminates the heavy clean-up mess from my saw. Much easier to dump and clean than my wet-dry vac. Vac filters and dust bags last longer. A great start towards a more complete dust collection system.
It is a loose fit attachment, not a ’snap in place’ gadget. It is easier to use with a short bungee stretched across the top to hold it on the top of the bucket. Hose ends go in about an inch. If I’m concerned about them pulling out, I use a band clamp on the end.
It also fits and works well with a small, 10gal shipping barrel. “It’s a shiny thing, and I like it.”

here is an easy way to test to see if the filter actually works.
take a noise detector, plug it in to your 19.99 walmart surge protector
then do the same on the monster power unit. it will throw you back.
people are talking bout how they dont see a picture or sound quality difference.
i’ll give you another way to test this too.
take a CD and put it in your DVD or CD player, turn up the sound and wait for the tracks to change. during the switch from one track to the next there will be silent moment that is actually not silent. static noises. buzzing noises. yeh.. if your equipment was plugged into a monster power center with the clean power, it will be silent. the way its supposed to be.
common sense is. fluctuations/noise in your power source is bad for your equipments, decreased life span of products and more chances of small surges going through your system without you even knowing about it.
if you decide to keep the 19.99 wal-mart powerstrip on your 5000 dollar system. you go right ahead. but for those smart people out there with common sense. get a proper powercenter with proper amount of joules for your equipments
